Information that is subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules is published via the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, in accordance with the said Rules. In principle, publicly available information is posted on the Company’s website as quickly as possible. In addition, we strives to convey information that is not subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules to investors in a fair and accurate manner by releasing such information on the Company’s website in light of the purpose of timely disclosure.

Such information is future prospects judged by the Company based on currently available information. Therefore, the actual results could be materially different depending on external factors such as economic climate and market trend.

Quiet period

The Company employs a quiet period from the day following the settlement day to the announcement of the financial results so as to prevent any leakage of financial information and maintain impartiality. During these periods, we refrain from answering to questions and commenting on financial results; provided, however, that this does not apply, even during such quiet periods, in the event of any information or material fact that the Company judges that it has significant impact on investment decisions.
